A family of an 18 year old man from Navakholo village in Kakamega county are reeling in shock over a bizarre incident that saw a young man chop off one of his testicles.

The 18 year old who was rushed to hospital after losing a lot of blood, alleged he was relieving himself from possession by an evil spirit.
