Using witchcraft or black magic to achieve success in the music industry has been an accusation facing a lot of artistes from time immemorial.
Tanzania's finest Diamond Platnumz was once a victim of this, when allegations were levelled against him that he regularly visited a witch doctor.
However, it doesn't end there though.
Yet another musician, probably East Africa's most popular, has been accused of using the unorthodox route for his music success.
A Ugandan artiste has accused fellow singer and mega superstar Jose Chameleone of using witchcraft for his achievements in music.

Dancehall singer Badman Denzo alleges that Chameleone often frequents Tanzania for witchcraft.
He alleges that he has several times seen the Tubonge hit singer travel to Dar es Salaam for the dark practice.

According to howwe.biz, Badman was hosted on a local TV station, NBS TV, during a gospel segment called The Podium presented by Eddy Raso, where he spoke about Chameleone's witchcraft allegations.
He was quoted to have said, "Am very sure Chameleone uses witchcraft, that ka-guy (small guy). He gets his charms from Tanzania. I once found him in Dar es Salaam."
Chameleone could not be reached for a comment over the accusations by the time this article was published.
