Kariuki claimed Ntimama abandoned his mother which forced her to raise him alone.
The man said if Ntimama was buried without a DNA test, he will lose his rightful inheritance.
Kariuki said he was informed by his late mother in 1998 that he was indeed a son to Ntimama.
“People kept on telling me that he resembled Ntimama,” Kariuki is quoted.
Kariuki has sought temporary injunctions stopping Kilimani local chief from issuing burial permit and Lee Funeral Home to be stopped from releasing the body of the late veteran politician.
The former cabinet minister died on Thursday night, September 1, in his sleep.
His family had planned for his burial to take place on Saturday, September 10, at his family home in Motonyi, Narok county.
